The Process was borne from the understanding that we are integrated beings –
Who we are,
Who we belong to,
What we are to do.
Our being,
Our belonging,
Our movement in the world.
Our mental health,
Our relational health,
Our physical health.
Our true-self
Our friends and family,
Our physical body.
Health in one area of our being
Directly improves the other two.
Have you ever gone out for a run after receiving great news?
A raise,
A promotion,
A yes,
An acceptance letter,
Closing on that new home.
You soar on that run.
You are fueled by the energy that has poured into your spirit.
Have you ever run after
A terrible day at work,
Returning home from a bad conversation with a loved one,
Opening an unexpected bill in the mail?
Those runs drag you through sludge,
Void of any lift or light.
We are integrated beings.
Yet, our current healthcare model mainly focuses on the physicality of our health.
Still, conventional care further reduces our health down to
A joint.
Ligament.
Muscle.
Data.
Numbers.
Measurements.
Problems.
Things to fix.
– aside –
Such approaches give the impression that people are broken and,
not only a problem, but the problem.
The business I started allows me the freedom to see, treat, and work with people how they deserve: without limitations focusing on but one part of a portion of a person.
Constraints of conventional clinical care prevent integrated health, healing, and growth. We are free from the blinders that allow focus on one aspect, limiting methods and tools, providing partial care.
I took the steps into expansive care.
We are learning and growing,
Cultivating change.
– aside –
This approach not only sees you as not the problem,
But you as holding the ability to create growth, change, and healing.
Teaching physical health,
Mirroring truer understanding of who we are,
And understanding healthy connections with the people in our lives.
Not necessarily fixated on but a portion of your physical body,
But focused on the expansion of how to take care of your body and movement,
How to better understand more of who you are,
And how much the health of your relationships, connections, and interactions matter.
Improvement in one informs all three.
Growth.
We aren’t merely looking to fix a problem.
We are here to explore your health in all three.
That is expansive.
That is possibility.
That is who we are.
