Fundamental Core Power.

There is a relationship between breathing and core stability for humans that is uniquely human when compared to any other mammal that, when tapped into, unlocks our fueling, our power for speed, stability for strength, and efficiency for endurance.

Human Running Performance Compared to a Lion

Lions and other four-legged mammals are built for speed: High, top-end speed. But only for short distances.

Humans are built for endurance.

Here is more on the fundamental difference between human and lion running performance.

And that fundamental difference is the very foundation and platform of our running form, fueling, and power – essentials for our speed, endurance, injury prevention, and overall performance and joy.
